Together with the Client, we will select the appropriate interim manager for the assignment, to deliver specific results which are agreed with the Client and the interim manager.</font></p><p align="left"><font face="Arial" color="#333333" size="2">Transitions Asia charges an upfront engagement fee to present candidates, and a monthly service fee which varies according to the interim manager selected.
